How Does Delivery Work?

Once your order is confirmed, our team immediately begins preparing it for dispatch. All orders are shipped within 36 hours of purchase.

Note: Due to high demand and necessary workplace distancing measures, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Don’t worry if your tracking doesn’t update immediately — it may take up to 24 hours for the system to reflect the shipment.

Delivery typically takes between 7 and 14 business days. If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, feel free to contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.


Do You Have a Returns Policy?

Yes — we want you to love your Vantor product. If it’s not the right fit, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To request a return, refund, or exchange, email us at support@vantor.com with your order name, number, and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address. You’ll then need to ship the item back to our warehouse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make things right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We unfortunately cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable items (e.g. food, plants, flowers)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care items (such as opened beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods
    We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way is to return your current product, and once approved, place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the result. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: It can take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
